Didn't know the form was broken, thanks for the heads up. My nephew built the site years ago. How much to fix just that? Not looking for a whole new website right now.

Suggested next step

He asked for a small fix, not a redesign. Quote the form repair on its own and offer a 15-minute call. Don't pitch the rebuild in this reply.
