Leadwell, all screens

A concept for small web agencies: find local businesses whose websites are losing them customers, keep the evidence, and send a short pitch where every claim is backed by a check.

01WebsiteWhat the product does, what it checks, and what it refuses to do. 02ProspectsA plain-language search, then a ranked list with each site's problems and the contact found. 03ReviewThe prospect's real site on desktop and phone with pinned findings. Hover a claim in the draft to light up its evidence. 04OutreachReplies grouped by what they need, the thread, and a suggested next step that fits what the owner asked.

How it would be built

SourceFind businesses

Google Places search by trade and city, filtered by review count and website present.

CheckOpen each site

Playwright loads it at 1440 px and 390 px, runs Lighthouse and DOM checks, tests the form.

StoreKeep evidence

Postgres rows per check with screenshot crops and pin coordinates.

DraftWrite the email

LLM gets only the findings; each sentence must reference a check id or the draft is rejected.

SendApprove & track

Gmail API after approval, capped per day; replies pulled back into the thread.
